My experience at Mad city powersports was excellent. I bought a used motorcycle from Darrell. I two days later found that there was a problem. When I went to mad city powersports I sat down with the General Manager Jim Hendricks and Darrell in Jim’s office. We all said what we had to say and Jim assured me that if he would have known that there was this issue; that he would have never even had the motorcycle on the sales floor. Let alone sell it to me. We resolved the problem and he paid for the repairs. As I said in the beginning I had a great experience at mad city powersports with Jim who is patient, understanding, and pleasant to work with.

Our Chilean friend, Ignacio, has spent the past week in Madison and needed some work done on his Suzuki motorcycle. He has driven from the southern most point of South America to the Artic Circle and back down to the midwest. He set up an appointment and the staff at your service center were very interested in his 39,000 mile journey. When he went in for the work to be done, he was treated so kindly and very generously.
